JUWISEL Free Tools is operated by JUWISEL Studio LLC. Last updated September 5, 2026. The tools on this site are currently offered without a purchase requirement.
Permitted use
You may use the public tools and generated starting points for your own lawful personal or business purposes. Do not use the site to violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, platform rules, professional obligations, contracts or another person's rights; to impersonate others; to distribute malware; or to interfere with or bypass site security.
Browser-only inputs and privacy
The Follow-Up Starter and SOP Starter run in your browser and are not designed to transmit the text you type into those fields to JUWISEL. The site does not require an account. Hosting and security providers may still process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, device/browser information, request logs and diagnostics.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, confidential client records or other highly sensitive information into these tools. The current site is not designed around third-party behavioral advertising and JUWISEL does not sell Free Tools account data because this site does not create user accounts.
Outputs and professional boundaries
Outputs are drafting and planning starting points. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique or inappropriate for a particular situation. Verify facts, dates, permissions, claims, consent and applicable requirements before use. The tools are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, lending, brokerage, MLS, fair-housing, compliance or other professional advice, and no business, marketing, productivity, revenue, profit or other result is guaranteed.
Third-party destinations
Links may lead to Agent Market Kits, Workflow Studio, WreathProfit, Etsy or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. References to third-party names do not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated and verifiable.
Intellectual property and availability
JUWISEL owns or licenses protectable site text, branding, design and code. These terms do not claim ownership over generic ideas, methods or facts. The free tools may be changed, suspended or removed. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as-is and as-available; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
